3. A representative must accumulate at least 20 PDUs per reference period, in the categories listed in section 4, as follows:

(1)  12 PDUs in the classes listed in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 4;

(2)  5 PDUs in the classes listed in paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 4; and

(3)  3 PDUs in the class listed in paragraph 4 of section 4, including 2 PDUs in a training activity developed by the Chamber and provided by it or in partnership with it in the subjects of compliance with standards, ethics or business conduct or on changes in the legal rules governing the activities covered by the certificate he holds.
